Worked on: • Strategy formulation: Headed a secretariat that coordinated the work on the new strategy for eGovernment in Denmark.• Cost optimization: Managed project to optimize the government's EUR500m annual expenditures on external consultants. • Corporate Finance: Developing financial models and using Monte Carlo simulations to review business cases. • Governance: Managed high-profile project for the Danish government to change governance of large it-projects across 19 ministries and 180 agencies. • Managed strategically important projects involving largest global consultancies (McKinsey, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM). • Liasoned with the OECD on issues related to eGovernment, representing Denmark in several international meetings.

Worked on: • Merger analysis / shared services: Led analysis to establish cross-government shared service centres for it and finance. Managed large project team and showed annual cost reduction potential of EUR80m on base of EUR500m. Analysis led to establishment of two service centres. • Service improvement: Helped coordinate the management part of the Danish Government's "Quality Reform" aimed at improving public sector service delivery in Denmark.

Visiting Professor, teaching a master-level course on advanced organizational theory for the public sector. Special focus on the role of corporate branding in a public sector context. Taught the course for three semesters.

Coordinate organizational wide communication efforts at Agency under the Danish Ministry of Finance.
