• Cost optimization: Managed project to optimize the government's EUR500m annual expenditures on external consultants.
• Corporate Finance: Developing financial models and using Monte Carlo simulations to review business cases.
• Governance: Managed high-profile project for the Danish government to change governance of large it-projects across 19 ministries and 180 agencies.
• Managed strategically important projects involving largest global consultancies (McKinsey, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM).

• Merger analysis / shared services: Led analysis to establish cross-government shared service centres for it and finance. Managed large project team and showed annual cost reduction potential of EUR80m on base of.
• Service improvement: Helped coordinate the management part of the Danish Government's "Quality Reform" aimed at improving public sector service delivery in Denmark.

Visiting Professor, teaching a master-level course on advanced organizational theory for the public sector. Special focus on the role of corporate branding in a public sector context. Taught the course for three semesters.

Coordinate organizational wide communication efforts at Agency under the Danish Ministry of Finance.

Coordinated mass media part of largest-to-date Danish public sector marketing campaign aimed at improving the usage of public sector services on-line.

• Worked closely with CEO and top management on issues related to organizational development and strategy.
