I serve as the Chief Financial Officer for HumanSide which is a learning design and culture development organization helping companies make work, work better.Prior to HumanSide, I was hired by PPL in 2018 to position the company for sale. I served as key member of management team during deal process supporting management presentations, quarterly board presentations, quality of earning discussions, and due diligence for sale of company to private equity investors in July 2022. During my tenure at PPL prior to sale, revenue grew 33% and EBTIDA grew 82%. Served as the Chief Strategy and Customer Officer leading Strategy, Advanced Analytics, and the Customer Experience (Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, Information & Assistance, Customer Service, and Enrollment).Prior to PPL, I had a distinguished 25-year career at Navigant Consulting where I held several positions, which included Chief Operating Officer for the Global Legal and Technology Solutions practice, Segment Controller and Managing Director where I served as an expert witness in product liability and insurance coverage litigation matters.I am a highly motivated and collaborative leader with a tenacious commitment to optimizing business operations by identifying and solving complex problems, driving sales, maximizing profitability, growing market share, and empowering employees.
