Plan work scheduling and manage exhibitions/special projects set-up. Works closely with project manager and curators in final delivery of project.Manage allocated fabrication budget and necessary procurement of goods, including preparation of Tender documents, Bill of Quantities and Purchase Requisition.Sourcing of relevant materials and service providers for commissioned artworks.Review of project drawings, technical specifications and floor plans for all exhibition design and fabrication work submitted.Manage feasibility studies, preliminary layout and simulation for the spaces required.Site management, co-ordination and oversee the execution of fabricators.Liaise and coordinate with contractors on project requirements. Conduct workmanship checks on quality of fabrication and build to ensure it is in accordance with specification and standards.Responsible for supervising maintenance and repair of exhibition builds & related matters with contractors.Manage independent operational matters including exhibition store inventory and asset management.

Conceptualise and design gallery and exhibitionsPlan, coordinate, develop and ensure timely delivery of quality exhibits and special exhibitions, including satellite and roving exhibitionsPrepare funding requisition, monitor and support procurement/ tender processes, manage logistics and supervise the production team and vendors in the set-up and dismantling of exhibitsSafeguard both physical and intellectual properties of SDC, ensuring site safety, conduct risk assessmentManage exhibition administration and operational issues, including procurement, insurance, licences, set-up/dismantling, advisories, postevent reports, reviewing and updating relevant processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies requirements
