Uniexecutive represented a meeting point for Italian managers who, having completed their post-graduate master's courses, wanted to guarantee the continuity of a stimulating and adequate training course to broaden their skills.As a member of the board of directors and founding member, I have contributed to creating and implementing the annual training plans that developed the theme chosen for the current year, hiring the best teachers in the various disciplines.The training path was initially developed with itinerant sessions from north to south Italy, focusing on Milan in the next years.This experience has allowed me to greatly expand my skills in the various areas of business management, through the courses organized by Uniexcutive, but above all thanks to the possibility of collaborating in great friendship with fellow high-level managers in all industrial sectors.Main activityCollaboration in the organization and management of courses and the design of the annual training plan

BTZ informatica was the point of reference in the North East italian area as an electronic repair laboratory for IT components. BTZ specialized in electronic reverse engineering and in the sourcing of components in foreign markets, soon becoming the second laboratory in terms of volumes and breadth of B2B services offered.In this experience I learned how to understand and manage the dynamics of the team and how to maintain performance even in the events of revolution of the services and the organizational model.Main activitiesIn BTZ informatica I was involved in the exploration of new technologies, in researching new working methods to approach new sectors with which to expand the offer of services.The aspect that gave me the most satisfaction was being able to transfer skills by training new colleagues and seeing that by taking care of the team's relationships, the professionalism recognized by customers was always of the highest level.
