Working in the Tax department doing Canadian compliance, Corporate returns, Estate and trust returns and personal taxes. Assisting clients with corporate and estate planning.

Tax planning for private entities, along with personal and estate planning. Reorganizations, amalgamations and various other personal and corporate issues. Andrea manages the work load of the staff, as well as ensuring files are completed and filed on time. Working with clients to obtain information and ensuring they are happy with their experience.

Andrea specializes in corporate and personal tax. She assists with tax planning for our private clients, including reorganizations, dividend planning, and amalgamations. The tax department completes the Public company tax returns, specializing in mining companies and oil and gas. Additionally, she prepares Private company tax, SR&ED returns and provides tax planning estimates for corporate and personal taxes. Providing tax assistance to all levels of clients, personal and corporate. Preparing treaty based and US branch tax returns. Experience with notices of objection, communications with the CRA, quickbooks, T4/T5 etc. She will be completing her CICA indepth tax program level 3, this summer.
