• Provided architectural & urban design assistance for large-scale master-planning and urban infill projects.• Constructed digital and physical models; developed and drafted architectural drawings and details for projects in SD, CD, and CA phases.• Notable projects include:- Pardall Road Streetscape Improvement: 2009 Project of the Year, American Public Works Association, Central Coast Chapter; performed preliminary cost estimates for demolition, construction, utility adjustments, street enhancements, and landscape planting for over a quarter-mile of public roadway; generated construction drawings and details, paving-pattern and planting plans, and street furniture specifications.- Redwood City Saltworks: Conducted fieldwork and prepared case studies for 3 SF neighborhoods to analyze urban design patterns; discovered an existing development pattern with similar target residential density that was ultimately used as a neighborhood-block prototype to design master plan for 1436-acre mixed-use TOD community of 8,000-12,000 residential units.
