- Lead support for School Boards, Departments of Educations, Administrators, Educators and grassroots organizers in ending police-in-school programs simultaneously moving towards the ending of policing and carceral infrastructure, culture and practice- Support change management processes as it relates to healthy, equitable, transformative educational spaces and the creation of life-affirming spaces- Lead for creation and development of an organization hub space for Policing-Free Schools organizers to connect, strategize and support each other's works across what we currently know today as Canada and work in solidarity alongside US and UK partners- Convener and lead organizer, coordinator, strategist for National Campaign for Policing-Free Schools and Policing-Free Schools Ontario - Lead advocate for transformative, healthy, equitable, policing-free schools and change of policies at school board level, provincial level and political party level- Research, monitor, write and present in appropriate formats for diverse groups of people on legislative and policy matters- Provide knowledge exchanges, workshops and consulting on change management process and equity journey as it relates to removing police-in-school programs (School Boards and Post-Secondary Campuses) and transformative, healthy, equitable police(ing)-free schools- Consulted on the community-driven research design process, mixed-methods based collection of data, community consultations with partnership organizations, data analysis and recommendation making anchored by human rights-based approach and equity lens- Knowledge exchange on the multi-pronged strategy development and implementation including but not limited to awareness and capacity building, outreach/engagement and research as it relates to police-free schools campaign wins and shift towards policing-free schools- Principal consultant to local, national and international organizations and educational spaces

- Coordinate, organize and facilitate workshops that unpack the nuances and complexities of Latinx identities and highlighting Black Latinx, Indigenous and Black/Afro-Indigenous identities and the diaspora connected to Latin-America/Abya Yala and unpacking white supremacy in Latinx communities-Creation of resources that speak to the multiplicities of identities within the Latinx community which are erased due to whitesupremacy within Latinx communities and beyond- Take part in community consultations and provide support and consulting with organizations as it relates to their etho-racial identity questionnaires and data collection and data analysis and providing recommendation anchored by an equity lens and highlighting intersectional identity markers which are currently erased under eurocentric understandings of ethno-racial identities- Combat anti-Blackness both within and outside of the Latinx communities and simultaneously bring awareness to the globality of Blackness, including Black/Afro-Latinxs, and the erasure of our identities, histories, resistancesBuild relationships and establish a network of community members, community organizations to share knowledge and provide support and resources to youth-Develop, organize, coordinate and deliver knowledge-exchanges, leadership training workshops, forums, conferences, consultations and ongoing year-round related initiatives for community members, and organizational/institutional staff/leadership- Address instances of anti-Black racism and other instances of oppression through an education lens that aims to strengthen school and family understandings of identities, white supremacy, power, privilege, equity and erasure, according to the Education Act and guiding principles of the school board related to matter

- With extensive knowledge of the educational system, advocate for youth, caregivers and community members to the TDSB to pursue equitable systemic change- Research and advocate for best practice-based techniques and transformative justice alternatives to punitive disciplinary practices in school- Lead organizer and campaign strategist that successfully pushed for organizational change management at the TDSB in regards to the removal of the police in schools program, the School Resource Officer program- Lead coordinator, organizer and strategist including programming that led to the successful removal of the School Resource Officer program at the largest School Board in Canada, the Toronto District School Board- Emergency planning for undocumented Latine students that are in danger of being incarcerated and deported - Work with Community Organizations, TDSB, School Trustees, Parents and Youth to bring about initiatives that reflect and are responsive to marginalized students- Combat anti-Blackness both within and outside of the Latine communities and simultaneously bring awareness to the globality of Blackness, including Black/Afro-Latines, and the erasure of our identities, histories, resistances- Spearhead the development of Latin-America History Month at the TDSB and subsequent events, as a response and challenging of the eurocentric and anti-Black, Hispanic Heritage Month- Work with TDSB and community members in developing an Opportunity Gap Action Plan for the specified Latine Community- Build relationships and establish a network of community members, community organizations to share knowledge and provide support and resources to youth- Develop, organize, coordinate and deliver knowledge-exchanges, leadership training workshops, forums, conferences, consultations and ongoing year-round related initiatives for community members, and organizational/institutional staff/leadership
