As an SAP FI-CO Business Process Transformer (BPT) my responsibilities include:● Carry out training of FI/CO Key users and keep this network alive.● Identify, plan and coordinate the tasks in branch necessary to the implementation of SAP "retrofit" projects of the Branch or the management such as: the standardization of reports, homogenization of processes of treasury, assistance in the implementation of Group projects, etc.● Consolidate common needs of the subsidiaries in the area to make evolve the SAP Master Model at the service of the strategy.● Provide assistance in defining needs.● Report to management on the status of the projects and the management of the means.● Document all applications, their structure, their components and their instructions for use.● Participate in the harmonization of Information Systems by adapting and upgrading them to operational needs. Projects: Migrated American zone from SLAN to SAP CLM in 15 months to support IFRS 16 and establish accounting standards for companies operating in different markets/countries. Directed data from SAP CLM to affiliates, including TOTAL ARGENTINA S.A., TE Mkt Dominicana S.A., TE Dst Brasil, TE MKT Mex S.A., TE Antilles-Guyane, TE Mkt Jamaica Limited, TE MKT Puerto Rico Corp., ANTILLES GAZ, TOTALENERGIES DIESEL COM, and TE Mkt Chile S.A. I was responsible for defining needs, reporting the status to management and media management, and coordinating branch tasks.  Successful project that currently receives information from CLM, automating processes.

Designed, customized, and tested projects in all phases. Contacted developers, produced go-live, and supported users. Conducted survey meetings and analysis. ● Successful implementation of SAP S/4 for Argentina, Chile, and Brazil for an agriculture company: Configure debit notes for interest arising from clients due to late payment with a variable or fixed rate. Responsibilities included documentation, testing, go-live, and support. All the deliverables were reviewed and approved at Corporate level. ● Migration from R/3 to S/4 in Argentina for a media company: Responsibilities included customizing, testing, documentation, and go-live of the FI AP/AR modules, focusing on taxes. ● Automated bank statements in Argentina using SAP R/3 for a gastronomic equipment company: Responsibilities included designing and testing banking automation by uploading files received from the bank that automatically accounts in SAP to improve bank reconciliation processes and their corresponding accounting. They resulted in improved resolution times and correct accounting by 80%.● Implementing sub-national tax automation processes for an agroindustrial company: Responsibilities included analyzing and defining interfaces with Government tax agencies, creating a new transaction to upload tax information, and updating master data. This solution replaced monthly manual tasks with a 100% error-free automated process.● Collaborate with support team customizing taxes using firefighter.
