When I was a kid, I dreamed of being an astronaut. And a painter. And I also wanted to be a lone cowboy. And even a Formula 1 driver. In short, even as a child I had pretty clear ideas.But then, as I grew up, surprises arrived: by drawing new and unexpected trajectories, often zigzagging, fate upset all the plans I had prepared. And it also took a lot of effort.So, I rolled up my sleeves and enjoyed taking on the ever-changing challenges and experiences I was fortunate enough to live through, trying to take them apart to understand how they worked and then change them, improve them, make them more efficient, more effective, more alive.And I realized that I was doing this because, at heart, I liked the idea of leaving things better than I found them. I've been lucky enough to try myself in many roles, from executive leadership to marketing management, from traditional and social communications to design to the fascinating world of innovation. Sometimes alone, sometimes in teams, but always with the awareness that I left things better than I found them. More effective, more beautiful, more efficient, more modern... in short, simply better!Today I am at RENOLIT, at the intersection of communication and marketing, design and innovation. I love this job and, from this privileged and inspiring vantage point, I help build a human-centered, sustainable future in which important values are at the heart of the company's vision.
