Executive Administrative Assistant to VP of Sales and Sales Team - Manage the day to day operations of a national sales team ensuring all CRM in Salesforce is updated, produce detailed weekly sales reports, coordinate all travel for VP and team and update calendars and itinerary's (flights, hotels, cars, etc.). Schedule multi attendee meetings using GoToMeeting and Outlook and ensure they are conducted appropriately, Review expense reports and submit for management approval. Design and order promotional items and collateral for corporate distribution. Independently coordinated industry conferences and corporate events. These duties include coordinating all conference travel, planning the corporate events and activities, managing the budget, shipping all materials to and from each conference and work closely with all involved parties (internal and external) to ensure a successful conference by providing necessary input for sponsorship's, educational training, accreditation, social media management, marketing collateral, and booth selection at the conference. Manage any speaking opportunities at conferences and ensure submissions are met by deadlines.
