Developed documentation using the One-Stop Documentation methodology for software products produced by the company, recruited to manage a team of Technical Writers, and led the team to complete an 18 volume manual set for the FACS software product.

Joined Ontario Systems, LLC as a consultant providing support, training and implementation services to clients for the software products developed by the company. Sucessfully completed over 16 implementations at customer sites, performed multiple add-on product installations, lead numerous product training sessions, provided solutions to customer software inquiries, and trained other consultants.

Managed all office operations for 26 faculty members, 10 graduate assistants, hired and supervised 10 student employees.
