-Conducted a project to create a new outsourced operational model for a production unit. It included processes redesign, profile definition and team dimensioning. I delivered on time and generated sales of similar projects. -In an international project, I facilitated discussions with technically qualified senior executives concerning the terms and conditions of a contract for the construction of a gas pipeline from Alaska to US. This also involved analysis of the proposals with a view to choose the winning bid/company. The project was concluded two months before its deadline with a significant return for the company.-Implemented improvements on drilling processes based on existing processes mapping and best practices.
