When becoming a mom a few years ago, I was fearful that I would have to choose between wanting to continue my career path, or leave it all behind to care for my family as a full time focus. Remote work has truly shaped my life in the best of ways! I have developed a work life balance that is both rewarding, challenging, and meets my family needs. My role consists of having to roll my sleeves up and get creative with clients! Client retention has been a goal of mine to sharpen because you have to be empathic, problem solve, and lead with confidence. In addition, I take pride by acting as resource to my team and collaborating with cross departmental trainings and assistance.I thrive in a fast paced, goal setting, and client relations atmosphere. I am a thought leader, foundation builder, and customer keeper.I have proudly found a home in the marketing technology SaaS industry! It is constantly updating and improving for its' users. I have learned how to navigate changes, challenges, and clients by being proactive instead of reactive, identifying the clients needs, and providing solutions rather than excuses.The most important lesson being a mom has taught me? How to make the horse drink the water.
