I am a professional with 15 years of experience in the commercial and supply chain area, primarily in international trade, customer service, and business development in the retail and industry sectors. My career includes significant contributions in companies such as SHEIN, Dow Brazil, AkzoNobel, and Pernod Ricard. I began my career in internships in the Foreign Trade area, being hired by companies such as STTAS (customs consultancy) and Pernod Ricard (alcoholic beverages industry), and my last experience was at Akzonobel (chemical industry), where I worked serving all business units of the group, managing import, export, international logistics processes, and related projects. I had the opportunity to deeply understand foreign trade and logistics processes and participate in important projects aimed at maximizing profits and optimizing operations.After 8 years, I started in the customer service area and discovered my passion for sales and interpersonal relationships. At Dow, I worked with all of Latin America, mainly serving clients from Mexico and Andean Countries. I started by assisting and soon had my first portfolio of clients, with whom I worked throughout the Order to Cash process and improvement projects. In 2020, I received an important recognition, the Pinnacle Award, which is the main commercial/customer service award in Latin America in the company. Here, I also had the pleasure of working on system, diversity, and Dow's values projects.In 2022, I decided to take on a new challenge in a company I identified with and in a segment I had always dreamed of working in - SHEIN. I was involved from the beginning of the project to bring sellers and launch the marketplace in Brazil, working as a hunter/business development. Almost a year later, after many challenges and process building, I was promoted to team leader, where I acquired solid skills in leading commercial teams, developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Under my leadership, I structured a new commercial team with a hunter profile, achieving significant results and consolidating the marketplace area as a fundamental part of the company's sales.I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to apply my experience and knowledge.
