Over the past 25 years my passion has been to help individuals, organizations and communities reach their full potential. As a servant leader my goal has always been to deliver the highest quality service that aligns with the mission and strategy of the organization. I built high functioning teams that exceeded expectations, delivered results, maintained a culture of safety and cared for one another. Together, we grew revenue, developed partnerships and collaborations and met the challenges of diverse and changing communities. Having served in multiple executive roles during my tenure I had the pleasure of serving diverse communities locally, regionally and globally and worked side by side with countless volunteers and thousands of associates to fulfill the mission of the organization. I lead the operation of several multi-site organizations with budgets as high as $80M and 11 direct reports and successfully navigated a $15M merger, grew revenue and exceeded market penetration by over 25%. As a leader, I am dedicated to creating and supporting an environment that celebrates and embraces diversity, inclusion and equity and works to assure a positive culture. I've lead the company strategy on Diversity and Inclusion as well as served on a National Diversity, Inclusion and Global steering committee. Personally, I enjoy learning about different cultures and have spent the last 20 years leading mission trips to Peru. My concern for our environment and the importance for clean water and conservation led me to raise the funds to build a water tower and save the water supply for a small village on the Amazon River. In addition, I have engaged friends and family to sponsor over 100 children to assure they have food, clothing and the supplies to attend school, several of these children are now college graduates. My experiences traveling abroad inspired me to start a scholarship fund at the University of Delaware to assist students study abroad and gain a global lens. My personal goal is to do as much good as I can, for as many people as I can, for as long as I can, in as many ways as I can....
