Since 2006, due to the rapid growth of the agency, I had first the role of operation manager, and then of COO (operational director).I actively participated in the growth of the agency from 8 to the current 200 people, guiding the organization through many phases of change and acquiring important skills in change management and organization design.I participated in the selection of many key people currently working in the agencyI was responsible for the economic estimates of the projects.I was responsible for coordinating the directors of all areas of delivery (middle managers), actively supporting their growth as managers.I was part of the corporate executive board and participated in the agency's strategic decisions.I acquired important skills in resources, operation & time management, conflict management and finance and control.

In September 2005 I decided to accept a new challenge and I joined the newborn H-ART (8 people) as Delivery Manager.My responsibility was to coordinate the delivery of all the agency's digital projects (websites, interactive installations, mobile apps, etc.) and the organization of the entire delivery department.I was responsible for all project estimates and I was involved in the evaluation and selection of all the new people in the agency. Thanks to this experience, I have acquired skills related to the growth of an organization from scratch and I have refined my skills in creative problem solving.

In 2003 I assumed the role of Delivery Manager with the responsibility of supervising and coordinating on all the agency's design projects.I coordinated a multidisciplinary team of about 30 people (designer, art director, developer, UX, PM)In collaboration with HR, I was responsible for recruiting new people to join the team.Thanks to this experience, I acquired the first managerial skills related to resource management, recruiting and project staffing.I also gained experience of the main operating dynamics of a business organization.

In 2000 I joined E-TREE as webmaster.From 2000 to 2002 I mainly dealt with coordinating and developing some of the agency's main projects.From mid-2002 I became responsible for an internal division of the agency (WEBANANA) focused on UX, design and frontend development. I was responsible for coordinating a unit of 20 people.

In 1999, NEX merged with Seven, and I maintain the role of webmaster.I was responsible for the activities and coordination of three people.I dealt with complex and ambitious web projects that allowed me to acquire more technical skills related to the development of dynamic web sites integrated with the first content management systems.

I was responsible for :* coordinating all the agency's development projects* economic estimate of all the projects* design and development of the agency's main projectsI was also responsible for coordinating the activities of two people.

In 1996, I joined the web team in Mall Italy lab, the first virtual Mall in Italy created by Riccardo Donadon. I was in charge of designing, drawing and developing websites.
