THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX. This is my mantra.I like to define myself a LATERAL THINKER because I always push myself beyond the limits of vertical thinking, avoiding those typical dead-end alleys of thought that block, freeze the mind instead of letting it fly high.It is with this spirit that I face any challenge, whether working or not.Anyone who knows me can confirm that, besides being a lateral thinker, I'm an EXPLORER.The unknown does not scare me, I am enterprising, proactive, very well tolerating stress and workloads and I always tend to consider problems or crises to be managed as opportunities for growth and improvement .I don't just aim at achieving given goals, if possible, I aim at overcoming them, with an entrepreneurial spirit.It is thanks to this pioneering spirit that, back in 1997, I contributed to the birth of A&D – Gruppo Alimentare e Dietetico, a reality that – with a turnover of no less than 60 million euros – has become a leader in the food supplements market.From very young Junior in 1997 to Sales Director of the Supplements Division and New Channel Development Manager: this is my path in A&D. That's why I can proudly say that I grew up alongside a company that made the history of food supplements and plant-based drinks in Italy.As an import/distribution company of food supplements (Diet Century brand - Spain) and vegetable drinks (Alpro brand - Belgium) in the Italian GDO, we represented in 1998 the first and only alternative to Valsoia in the field of vegetable drinks, as well as among the first to open the market of food supplements in Italy, becoming in 2001 (with the launch of our proprietary brand MATT) a valuable Made in Italy alternative.Last but not least, since 2020 A&D can count among its shareholders on BF SpA Group, the first Italian agricultural company by surface area, known for the famous LE STAGIONI D’ITALIA brand.I’m proud of my unconventional growth journey: being part from the beginning of an ambitious project such as the birth a success company. Being today its historical memory as well as a driving force towards its future is a great honor for me.
