Management of various aspects of conference and corporate event logistics including venue, audio/visual, speakers, sponsorships, tradeshows, vendors, production, and on-site execution. Management and coordination of corporate events within North America and management of sponsorship contracts and relations. Liaison between client and speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure proper coordination of events and coaching clients to ensure all event logistics are properly coordinated prior to, during, and after events.

Management of gallery’s marketing initiatives on print, web, and social media platforms, and public and special events, specifically managing the ticket systems, attendee reporting, communications, and development of art auction catalogues for the LOOK2014 and LOOK2015 fundraisers. In addition, managed sponsorship relationships and volunteers for the gallery and its events.

Operated gallery’s front of house during art exhibitions greeting visitors, answering questions, fielding sales inquiries, and promoting current and upcoming exhibitions while ensuring safety of the gallery, its exhibition and art collection, and its guests while exhibition is open to the public.

Project Manager for inaugural fundraiser, artRISE, in which proceeds were donated to the Elephant Artist Relief Society and the Alberta Arts Rebuild Fund. Managed all exhibition and event aspects, including budget, sponsorship sales and fulfillment, development of the marketing plan, curation of the exhibition, and communication with artists, sponsors, ticketholders, staff, and volunteers.

Marketed and sold event space at The AGC. Responsibilities included compiling and tracking contracts, payments, and other documents as required. As part of the event team, coordinated with The Curator and Managing Director to determine mutually beneficial schedules for each department. Led and assisted with planning of The AGC’s Exhibition Opening Receptions, fundraisers and other gallery events.

Office Manager responsibilities included organizing accounts payables/receivables, filing systems, personnel accounts, and vendor accounts. Event Coordinator/Manager responsibilities included coordination of all aspects of conference logistics including budget, venue, catering, A/V, marketing and design, speakers, sponsors, tradeshow vendors, and on-site execution.
