Developed and implemented in collaboration with local and global Public Sector team the country plans forBrazil, Argentina and Chile, mapping main issues, challenges and opportunities and defining strategies forgovernment engagement and problems solving to accelerate business growth in the region, including subjects around privacy, data protection, cloud computing and digital transformation policies ;

- Developed and managed the regulatory strategy and relationship with local and regional regulatory bodies (Anatel, CITEL), in subjects related to spectrum management, type approval, certifications and regulations;- Managed subjects related to the industrial policy for local manufacturing (IT Law, PPB)and innovation investments, leading industry associations committies;- Collaboration with several government departments in public policies and regulations regarding internet governance, cybersecuriy, privacy, spectrum management (4G, 5G), Cloud Computing, IoT, Big Data and Smart Cities;- Represented the company in local and international entities , think tanks and governmental workgroups;- Responsible for the agenda management of high level executives with government officials.

- Responsible for the implementation of engagement Programs with Government.- Relationship with development banks and multilateral organizations such as IADB, World Bank, BNDES, UNDP, Unesco- Development and coordination of strategic plan, positioning the company around government policy on software, both open and proprietary.- Regulation tracking in the Executive and Legislative- Coordination of executive visits agenda with government

- Responsible for the relationship with government departments in the Federal, State and City levels- Track key projects, bill of law, regulations, etc... in the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary- Managed the top executives agenda with government and government officials visit to the company or events- Built and led implementation of company´s agenda with government.

- - Support to other areas such as Legal and Government Affairs with information and reports to support requests related to tax benefits for local manufacturing during the company expansion in Brazil;- Responsible for developing business cases for companie´s business expansion during the opening of Brazilian telecom market;- Developed with the Controlling team the KPIs for inventory cost, product cost and other metrics for business management;- Participation in the SAP implementation (CO, FI), developing a new set of reports and KPIs from the legacy system to the SAP
