I worked as an ODI Fellow posted in the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of Uganda, based in Kampala.The ODI Fellowship Scheme has existed since 1967 to provide governments of developing countries with high caliber junior professional economists and statisticians where gaps in local expertise exist.
