I work in partnership with client partners at PlayStation to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners. I serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately growing existing business partnerships at Playstation.Over the last four years I have worked with AAA video game publishers including Activision-Blizzard, Bungie, Electronic Arts, Rockstar, Take-Two and Ubisoft to grow their business and guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.

As the lead product monetization manager for the newly formed revenue operations team at IGN, I created compelling new advertising products and packages to reach gaming audiences, while still maintaining a positive user experience across the network. I worked closely with marketing and commerce teams to help them meet subscription and affiliate revenue goals, and with product, editorial, and video teams to ensure that products are delivered in a way that is authentic to IGN's voice and position in the market.Identified new opportunities for IGN (programmatic, CPI, native) to expand advertising opportunities.Led cross-functional teams and worked with IGN management to get projects over the finish line.

Working along with the Director of Ad Operations, I led projects to improve our quote-to-cash software systems. I managed these projects across Product, Engineering, Finance, and QA teams to implement new sales products for the Ad Operations team at IGN. On a daily basis I was also charged with reviewing and approving inventory, contract terms, and CPMs through an internally developed order management system.Managed a year-long development cycle of an internal order management system to unify order management, inventory projection, and campaign reporting into a single web app used across IGN, Mashable, and other J2 properties.

Responsible for building, executing, and monitoring online advertising campaigns across the Web properties of IGN. Worked closely with the Performance & Yield managers, sales reps, Ad Product, and Ad Technology team members to ensure successful implementation and delivery of all advertising campaigns.

I managed publisher ad technology issues and feature development on the publisher and ad serving end for the Jumpstart Automotive ad network. Worked with third party vendors to ensure proper creative functioning and account managers for campaign launches. Provide technical support on implementation of custom ad products and new publisher launches.Negotiated high-level agreements with various vendors (ObservePoint, quiet.ly, Taboola) from initial contact to deal close. Developed a detailed business case, coordinated final negotiations, and led the onboarding process.

Worked directly with premium automotive publishers as a client manager. Provided performance analysis and custom reporting to internal teams and our clients, negotiated partner agreements with various tech vendors, managing ad campaigns, onboarding of new publishers, and made recommendations on how to improve site performance.Mastered various analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to assist the publisher team and our publisher partners to improve site performance and grow sellable ad inventory.

As an intern, I ran QA during major publisher ad tagging changes and worked directly with publishers to provide performance reporting and optimizations. I was hired full-time just three months into a six-month internship contract.

Distributed campaign literature, worked phone banks, and organized events in support of District 7 Board of Supervisors candidate Mike Garcia. Part of a tight knit staff of field organizers targeting voters across the district, and a member of the inner campaign circle.

Worked with the Barack Obama 2012 re-election campaign to organize local volunteer groups, meeting one-on-one with potential supporters and volunteers, and organizing local communists. Ran volunteer phone banks in the Bay Area with made use of NGP-VAN for campaign micro-targeting.

Worked door-to-door handing out campaign literature and speaking to voters providing campaign information. Trained new canvassers in interacting with voters and answered phones at campaign headquarters.

Operated and fully trailed on one of the tallest and fastest roller coasters in the world, Top Thrill Dragster. Directed and managed over 10,000 guests on a daily basis, responsible for rider safety and crowd management.
