Founded in 1975, the São Paulo University Symphony Orchestra (OSUSP) has established itself over more than four decades as a benchmark of artistic excellence and cultural development. Throughout its history, the orchestra has completed national and international tours, released eight albums, hosted composition competitions, collaborated on opera productions, and formed partnerships with renowned conductors and soloists, both national and international.Responsible for fundraising for the project and managing institutional relationships.

Over the past year, I have worked across various areas including Management and Administration, Event Production, Communication and Marketing, and Projects.- Responsible for structuring the Communication department, leading a team of 6 people.- Managed digital channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube, resulting in a 162.5% increase in Instagram followers (from 8,000 to 21,000), with a 1,200% growth in reach and a 470% increase in profile visits (2023-2024).- Led the Rouanet Law project, achieving the first-ever fundraising in the orchestra’s nearly 50-year history.- Managed the production of the OSUSP’s first Mini Documentary and provided audiovisual coverage for concerts, including interviews with guests.- In Management and Administration, I was responsible for overseeing suppliers, preparing budgets for 2024 and 2025, and creating and managing plans for the Financial, Administrative, Production, Communication, and Artistic areas, with the goal of institutionalizing processes.- As the Event Production lead, I developed the strategy for the Marisa Monte and OSUSP concert celebrating the 90th anniversary of USP, attended by over 55,000 people and resulting in 12 tons of food donations. I also managed the Camargo Guarnieri Week. In this role, I handled supplier management and developed partnerships with institutions like TV Cultura, the Tomie Ohtake Institute, and the Institute of Brazilian Studies (IEB-USP), in addition to helping organize over 40 orchestra concerts.

After graduation, I traveled alone through Europe for almost a year, visiting over 10 countries. I chose the Netherlands as my destination, where I settled professionally and built connections with Brazilians involved in event production, shows, and parties – this is how my journey with Azul Events began.- Responsible for developing communication plans for events- Managed supplier relationships and coordination- Handled communication for shows by Brazilian artists such as Emicida and Luedji Luna, both held at the Paradiso Noord venue in Amsterdam.

Its most well-known brands include Durex, Dettol, Lysol, Nurofen, Enfamil, and Finish.- Responsible for conducting market analysis for Finish and SBP, based on Nielsen data, evaluating the overall Brazilian market scenario and key performance indicators.- Managed the budget for one of Reckitt's key brands, SBP, supporting monthly closings and managing payments to suppliers and service providers.Key Projects and Deliverables:-Led the creation of interactive packaging with Augmented Reality for the electric insecticide segment, resulting in a significant increase in market penetration. The project was executed in collaboration with an external company and internal teams, including E-Commerce, Packaging, and Innovation.- Actively collaborated in updating packaging designs in coordination with the Research and Development (R&D), Packaging, and Logistics teams.- Played a key role in launching new SKUs, including SBP in partnership with the Red Cross, SBP Larvicida, and SBP Baymax.
