* Bozano Investimentos (now Crescera Investimentos) is an alternative asset management firm focused on Private Equity, Equity and Multi-market funds. Managed the Software Development and IT-Infrastructure departments. Co-managed the Backoffice and Risk Management departments.- Created the company´s Software Development Team and Cloud and SOA based Software Architecture using Amazon Web Services infrastructure, RESTful services, ASP.NET, ASP MVC.NET and Amazon RDS SQL Server.- Co-defined the risk metrics and processes and Backoffice processes and SLA.

Banco Genial (f/k/a Banco Brasil Plural) is a full service bank focused on structured financial operations, financial advisory, asset and wealth management. Invited by the founding partners to join the company at its inception. Became a partner in the first quarter of 2012 and in 2013, became a member of the Board’s Operational Committee.- Headed Global IT and oversaw both the infrastructure and software departments.- Through a business-driven approach, structured the companies within the group in 2 countries and 5 cities.- Managed a team of 50 professionals with an average annual budget of BRL 20- 30 million.- Was the partner in charge of People and Culture.

* Ágora Investimentos is a Brazilian Broker-Dealer founded in 1993 and later acquired by Bradesco - one of the biggest banking and financial services companies in the country - in 2008. From 2007 to 2009, Ágora was the largest online broker in Brazil, and one of the fourth largest in the world.- Oversaw the development/documentation processes and Software Architecture. Implemented Agile processes, SOA based architecture and worked with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET. Oracle 8i etc.- Managed a team of 50+ employees. - Lead the technical portion of the project for the optimization of the company's Home Broker - its most relevant product. Increased the platform’s capacity from 5,000 to 22,000 simultaneous users.

Independent since its foundation, it has been focused on the creation of games, for all platforms, inspired by the Brazilian Culture and Folklore.- Served as Executive Director and creator of “Capoeira Legends”, the most awarded, nationally developed PC video game; Partner and CTO of Lector.com, the first Brazilian online digital magazines store; Partner and CTO of “Maquina de Quadrinhos da Turma da Monica”, the first web based comic book creation social network, based on the world’s bestselling children's comic book: “Turma da Monica”.

* VTEX has been proving itself as a world leader in ecommerce solutions since 2000. As one of the largest global partners of Amazon Web Services (AWS), VTEX is a trusted partner of over 1000 stores in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Latin America.- Invited by the founding partners, structured and led the engineering team.- Worked as the Lead Developer of www.sacks.com - which in 2009, became the 2nd biggest M&A deal in the Brazilian eCommerce history, bought by LVMH group to launch SEPHORA operation in Brazil.

Worked as a developer for some years and later becoming a software developer and team leader for Information Security and Web Development companies. Founded first software company during this period.- Used technologies such as C, C++, Clipper, HTML, ASP, VBscript.
