Comic Con Portugal is the largest Iberian Pop Culture festival, with over 100,000 visitors in each edition. In 2019 and 2021 we have won the Best Non Music Festival category of the Iberian Festival Awards, elected by the public.This festival was a mind-blowing journey, where I learned a lot and I have been challenged like I had never been before. In 2021, for example, the festival took place in December during the peak of the pandemic, against all odds we managed to make this event happen in full harmony with the health authorities, and received about 80,000 visitors!The main functions I have held in these last 4 years were: - Planning, pre-production and management of all themes involving the operations of the event (space definition, space organization, audiovisuals, structures, infrastructures, work teams management);- Supervision and coordination of all brand activations present at the event (+100);- Develop and manage the event budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs;- Responsible for negotiation and contracting of suppliers;- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations;- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and attendees- Manage a team of event staff and provide leadership and direction to ensure success of the Festival;- Recruitment and management of production team;- Direction of the suppliers' work teams

Malpagency is a Digital Marketing, Design & Multimedia company, that appears on the market due to the work developed by Malpevent on this areas in the last years. In the beginning of 2016 we´ve decided to take a new step further through the creation of a specialized company that can operate as a full service creative agency detached from Malpevent. Due to my work on the last years in marketing i´ve been choosed to be the responsible for this new challenge.In one Setence: Brand Your Event ! EVENTS INDUSTRY:Malpevent also works as artists agency, in this case exclusively with José Cid. One of the most famous artists in Portugal already with 50 years of career. Due to my good results in Malpevent I started to work as Road Manager, being responsible for the concerts production & logistics. In those years I also developed promotion & advertising strategies for the artist and venues concerts.

Malpevent is a prominent company in the development and production of events in Portugal. When I started working as a project manager, the companyhad 6/8 large events per year. HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY:All started here! In order to pay my master degree i´ve started to work has a bartender in 2008! And i´m so proud of this experience!
