Andre Castaybert has more than 25 years of experience as a commercial trial court litigator and appellate lawyer, 20 of which were at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he started his career. Andre is experienced in all phases of civil litigation and has litigated many matters from inception through discovery, trial, and appeal, in state and federal courts, and international and domestic arbitration forums. Andre has represented policyholders in matters of officer and director liability, commercial property damage, employee practices liability, financial guaranty, and credit risk insurance.
