We are the only resort on island that has a golf course and a trained team of caddies to international GPA course standards. * Manage all International and local internship programmes for resort.* Train and develop 36 young people from ages 18-30 every 3 months preparing them for the hospitality industry to serve the different sectors in St Lucia.* Orientate and successfully manage the onboarding of all new team members.* Certify all team members to become Emergency First Responders.* Develop and Execute Training Plans to fill gaps in service and operation. * Conduct regular on the job training, observations and coaching of team members.* Manage supervisory and management exposure programmes.* Conduct strategic results-driven audits and quality inspections to ensure highest standards delivered to guests.* Partner with local universities and colleges to ensure corporate relationships with educational institutions is sustained. * Work closely with and have a strong voice on executive decisions made for resort.* Close relationship with Human Resources to ensure Staff welfare and recognition.* Drive and revolutionize resort's succession plan model.Formulated from scratch and Successfully executed with guidance and leadership of Hotel Manager Stephen Husbands, the most impactful and only structured culture programme that the entire group has seen.
