Responsible to manage airline accounts; Work closely with the airline customers to define In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) functionality and design requirements. Served as Program Manager Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) programs for Bombardier Challenger, RJ and Learjet models. Direct responsibility of all vendors, specifications, flight testing, budgets, sales forecasts and coordination with U.S. and Foreign Aviation Authority. Generated sales of $75,000,000 against development budget of $5,000,000 within two years. Managed fleet issue retrofit for Challenger models. Coordinated Challenger Advisory Council meeting and acted as Chairman of Challenger Policy Board.

Managed, planned, prepared, estimated cost, and packaged unmanned air vehicle (UAV) proposals. Oversaw UAV production, and served as liaison with engineering and quality department. Supported marketing activities at international trade shows. Managed demo team and all logistics during worldwide demonstration; including liaison with customers, on site management, airfare, visas, transportation of equipments, customs, and lodging.

Direct responsibility for a staff of seven employees (including engineers and technicians) responsible to perform Logistics Engineering Analysis on the Air Defence Anti-Tank missile system (ADATS). Established a life cycle cost capability and a framework whereby supportability requirements were considered in design. Established System Engineering Support capability for the post-deployment phase of the ADATS. Liaised with Canadian National Defence Program Office.
