After graduating in Materials Engineering and having worked as an engineer for some years, André became interested in healthcare, IT and social entrepreneurship. His engineering background allowed him to specialize in fields such as bioengineering, R&D, IT, product quality, assistive technologies and accessibility solutions for the elderly. Afterwards he specialized in International Recruitment&Outsourcing, as well in Export&Distribution and IT projects to foreign markets. Passing on his knowledge to others is also one of André’s interests. He was a guest teacher at one of the professional training centres of Portugal's largest charity institution.
