As a devops Engineer, I contributed to the success of the organization by implementing DevOps best practices and technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of software delivery pipelines and infrastructure operations. Focal point on managing Infrastructure:• Orchestrated the integration of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (Cloud Build) to accelerate the software delivery lifecycle.• Manage the entire cloud infrastructure on GCP (GKE) and the network and telephony with cloud PBX on site (I personally followed the choice of the supplier and the implementation of this network).• - Managing "day 2" with monitoring tools and dashboards on GCP• I deal with the compliance issues dictated by the Bank of Italy and for this I managed the project for the implementation of a new management for cloud identity, configuring a single sign-on with federation between Microsoft AD and GCP IAM

As a devops engineer I was responsible for supporting the infrastructure and managing all operational flows.I completed an important project for the company such as the move of the entire infrastructure to the cloud, being responsible for the management of the infrastructure on VMs with kubernetes clusters and the CI/CD for the build-deploy via pipeline used to ferry the infrastructure to the cloud.Here I developed the major skills in:- CI/CD with Jenkins- Collaboration (working alongside developers in Java and utility tools such as IntelliJ- REST - APIS- Apache, nginx- GCP, AWS- RDS- Business proposal evaluations of Cloud services- Cost saving on Cloud services

Placed in the systems team at customer Sky, I gained significant experience of DevOps and continuous integration issues, initially creating environments in the development environment implementing their monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana Stack. I then moved to the systems team to manage and maintain the RedHat PAAS OpenShift Container Platform in production.Creating and managing new OpenShift projects, with requests for new infrastructure and software architectures of various kinds, I provide my support to ensure their proper implementation.

I carry out at this time various activities of systemic type and help desk responsibility with project contract. I deal with the systemic management of backup systems with Veritas software, I provide systemic support to users for what concerns the access to the network and its resources in windows 2000 environment. Through software I deal not only with the resolution of interventions, but also with their management, cataloging and collection..In order to have a clear and effective management of user support. I derive timelines and statistics on the work done by measuring the SLAs.

I am hired as a systems engineer to work with one of their clients in Milan the SPEA Ingegneria Europea S.p.A. Gruppo Autostrade S.p.A. I achieve at my entry the MCP ( Microsoft Certified Professional) certifier "Vue" certification. (On 27-12-2002) I am in charge of monitoring, maintenance and implementation of network resources in Microsoft Windows 2000 server and workstation environment. I am also in charge of the management of the peripheral offices (about twenty in Italy); in these offices I take care, coordinating eventual technicians in support, of the implementation of the new Local Servers installing Windows 2000 and Active Directory in connection with the central offices in Rome and Milan. Since January 2004 my presence has been requested at the Reggio Emilia headquarters where I work as a coordinator for a project of computerization of local schools sponsored by the Municipality of Reggio Emilia with the task of implementing a network of servers located in almost all the middle schools of the municipality.
