I have done workshops and presentations for large corporations, conferences, community coalitions, educational institutions and faith communities. Trained in Cultural Intelligence and Anti-racism facilitation, Unintentional Intolerance, Restorative Justice, and Community Mediation which are utilized in assisting organizations in pursuing equity diversity and inclusion. Specialties: Diversity trainer, non profit management, program development, coaching (equity, diversity, cultural intelligence, community ministry), public speaking, curriculum writer, workshop leader, retreat planner. I have spoken to a broad range of groups including several Rotary organizations on the subjects of diversity, churches on community ministry and the changing church, business and professional groups on cultural intelligence.I was a Contributor to Communities First workbook series on community ministry and developed several tools for use by churches in engaging diverse communities in ministry while developing and serving as the first congregational coach of Volunteers in Service Equipping Churches Network. I have written several articles on multi-cultural worship, youth curriculum on diversity and taught a graduate level class as adjunct instructor.
