Over the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of leading organizations, creating impactful programs, working with start-ups, and building vibrant communities. My passion lies in driving positive change through innovation, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.Highlights of my journey include:* Supporting 50+ social ventures and charities to scale their impact and organizational capacity.* Launching the first accelerator program in the Netherlands focused on tech founders from underrepresented backgrounds, including women and people of color, and building a thriving community around it.* Establishing the venture arm of a property company from the ground up: defining its vision, building its organizational strategy, designing programs, and forming key partnerships.I’m driven by creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of purpose.
