Principally responsible for managing all matters relating to the business unit’s Loan portfolio. Major functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (i)managing intra-organizational and Borrower communications and data relay; (ii) initiating and managing funding requests; (iii) apportioning payment amounts received and capturing payments appropriately in ACBS Loan System; creating Excel-based models which capture all cash flows, including formulaically derived shadow equity interest amounts, to determine individual Facility and overall portfolio returns; (iv) creating memoranda relating to Borrower requests and intra-organizational reporting and notification requirements; (v) creating quarterly credit reviews highlighting Borrowers’ ongoing creditworthiness, and continuing ability to meet all financial obligations timely, and the value of Collateral pledged under each Facility; (vi) strategizing with and developing actionable plans with NYPF’s general counsel to address remedies for correcting non-compliance with covenants or payment defaults; (vii) opining on (and critiquing) appraisers’ methodologies used to determine FMV of private equity ownership interests pledged as Collateral and assigning a lending value for sufficient coverage; and (viii) responding to internal and external auditor requests, and writing corrective action plans as needed.
