Contribute to all project phases: creative concept, music production, scripts, song choice, publishing and master licensing, communications/launch planning, scripting Leadership Team presentations, and post-launch analysis. Videos feature GSK team member photos, patient testimonials, and “behind the scenes” recording studio footage, all to amplify the teamwork, core focus, and life-changing work of GSK Global Oncology, thereby driving enhanced employee morale and satisfaction.• First video, launched to GSK global internal audiences in Feb 2023, received excellent employee feedback. • Two additional videos were contracted which launched in Summer 2023, also to positive employee response. Client: Thermaquil, Inc., Philadelphia, PA (2023 – Present) Contribute to business strategy development at a small, entrepreneurial biotechnology firm that is developing drug-free nerve block devices to treat pain, incontinence, and other conditions caused by overactive nerves. Key business strategy elements to-date include forging a partnership with a larger biotech firm with a complementary FDA-cleared pain device that harnesses proprietary and proven AI technology; and marketing the final product directly to HCPs through an innovative approach that greatly reduces the need for sales staffing. Client: Theranica USA (subsidiary of Theranica Bioelectronics), Montclair, NJ (2019 –2023) Played a multi-pronged role in the rollout of Nerivio®, an FDA-cleared, technology-driven prescription device to treat migraine. As company's financial needs/authorized headcount changed, moved between consultant and employee status. See previous experience entry (2019-2023) for details.

After creating Fretless Production, conceived, developed and launched SingerExpress.com, an innovative online service to match singers with producers and writers nationally and which complemented existing Fretless offerings. Performed talent casting for The Voice, America’s Got Talent (AGT), American Idol, X-Factor and more. Hired and trained staff who ultimately accrued day-to-day operations of both businesses in 2016; personal role became largely inactive at that time. Fretless/SingerExpress.com continue to run in tandem today, generating steady matches and related services.

Created and launched Fretless Productions/Management, LLC. Solicited, evaluated and managed a roster of talent including James Brown and other celebrities. Provided individual coaching and promoted each artist’s unique attributes and capabilities to the marketplace. Negotiated contracts that provided talent solutions for Film/TV/Advertising. Personal role has been largely inactive since 2016, when day-to-day operations were turned over to trusted staff.

For the U.S. affiliate, Theranica USA, drove the Direct-to-Consumer marketing of Nerivio®, an FDA-cleared, technology-driven prescription device to treat migraine. Assisted with the development of digital and print marketing collateral. Provided service and product information and education. Participated in R&D meetings to spur product improvements. Collaborated with Medical Affairs, Pharmacy and Hub Services, Sales, and Operations to enhance operational efficiency and cross-functional communication. Promoted from prior role directing the Nerivio Cares Customer Support Center. • Consulted with senior management to help organize and support the clinical trials prior to the FDA submission, assess growth opportunities, and strategize product launch in new markets.• Won buy-in from senior management to try novel marketing approaches to drive product awareness: - Built rapport with acclaimed dermatologist Dr. Kathy Fields, co-creator of Proactiv. - Identified and built relationships with key migraine advocacy groups, support groups, and influencers. - Collaborated to create The Device Collective, a consortium of migraine device manufacturers, overcoming the natural resistance of direct competitors to work together cooperatively. - Spearheaded the implementation of a device treatment room at the Coalition For Headache And Migraine Patients (CHAMP) October 2021 RetreatMigraine conference featuring The Device Collective’s products.
