About Andree Küpper
Born, raised and educated in the north of Germany. Graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, studying largely inSunderland/England, getting a double degree, B.Eng. (Hons.) in Electrical and ElectronicEngineering.In 1995 I entered Phoenix Contact, one of the world leading automation companies, to givetechnical, marketing and business support to coworkers in ASEAN. Then I moved to Spain, developing projects especially in the automotive field, finally creating a JV between partners in Germany and the US and managing everything with a small team of employees.In 2004, after studying an MBA I took up a new professional challenge as Manager in Schmersal, starting activities in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and increasing substantially the business to date, being in charge of more than 30 people.I think that in order to achieve new goals there are three important things: teamwork, to trust in the team and the communication, which require constantly reviewing strategies and circumstances, adjusting them, motivate through new ideas and support at all times.Success comes from finding the best essence between German and Latin mindsets and giving priority to all the positive things!
