Project management and staff augmentation, as well as administrative support to ProjectManagers and Market Leads for field projects - North America & EMEAServices projects across different segments and solutions.Cost and budget control, time management and tracking, contract discussions with customers for smallprojects.Representation of the projects to internal and external stakeholders.Project, Staffing and Resource planning,Working with subcontractors and consultants for coordination of delivery.

Supporting customers to ensure the trainings are properly set up and delivered.Communication regarding logistics details and set up for Instructor Led trainings.Keep track of training deliveries and ensure all systems are updated properly.Enter Training-Classes into Learning Management System, coordinate Partners schedules.Assist with training partners requests.
