As a production worker my main duties are checking and packaging semi-finished products from various plastic products as well as to ensure that all work is performed according to the given instructions.One of the best things I learned while working here is the importance of efficient communication, as a production worker you have to be able to always communicate with the other workers as well as supervisors in order to reach maximum outcomes. As working in a multicultural company where workers are coming from every part of the world, I improved my intercultural and interpersonal skills.
