I was working remote, answering the T-Mobile customers needs regarding phone subscription. I used to provide plans, mobile phones and other devices based on the clients history and budget.

My last working experience in an online casino improved my comunication and working with a team skills even more. Continous adaptability was required, the will of the company being to deliver one of the newest but still, best product from the market.

Working with Ezugi has helped me to improve my comunication skills and the ability to work and adapt to a team that rapidly expanded, as I worked with them from the beginning.

On this job I was dealing and also presenting roulette and black jack games. My duties were to know the game procedures and rules, to advice the players if it was needed and to have a positive and interactive attitude all the time.

The company does inventories for different clients, and in these 2 months I took part in two projects: for Bricostore and LeroyMerlyn. We inventoried almost all the stores from Romania and my activities were counting and scanning the suplies from the stores.

My main duties working at this bar were to prepare drinks, maintain the bar clean, and taking care of the receipts

This was my practice for my 2nd year of college and my first experience in a PR company. I learned to compose press releases and what means a PR blitz campaign. I worked on maintaining the relationship between the company and the journalists and blogers and I took part of brainstormings for their projects

I had a call center outbound activity, calling Vodafone customers for postponement or confirmation of the monthly bill.

This was my first internship required by college. I took part in the organisation of events, the aim being to promote romanian wines.
