- Formulation of an entire project proposal for a local funder (Community of Madrid), which subsequently received funding- Contribution to the drafting of other project proposals for international funders- Co-management of ongoing projects in MENA and Central America which implied: drafting and translating monitoring reports of ongoing subsidised projects, checking and fulfilling budget-related documents of the subsidised projects, establishing and maintaining a close and fruitful communication with the local partners and the funders, organizing/archiving project documentation- Writing of articles for the official page of the NGO and social media- Research work on juvenile justice and restorative processes at the international level which served for the creation of the Child Protection section of the NGO's website (https://tdh.tierradehombres.org), besides other research tasks

- Active member of the “International Affairs” Community, an academic community focused on topics related to International Relations.- Organizer of the Worldwide Institutions Academy project, along with 7 other people, whose topic was "International security and respect for human rights in the context of global insecurity". The project consisted in a 6-day learning bootcamp dedicated to students (~25 participants) passionate about international relations. My tasks as an organizer consisted, among others, in:- Identifying specialists trained in IR and inviting them to offer specialized trainings within the project- Participating in the design of all project activities - trainings and workshops - out of which two remarkable activities designed by my team and I:1. creation of an international relations game, based on the concept of gamification,2. preparation and development of an activity consisting of a post-conflict reconstruction simulationContributing to the design of the marketing strategy and the creation of marketing materials designed in Adobe Photoshop Taking interviews in the participant selection process- Human Resources and Marketing officer within the NGO - I have participated in workshops and activities that involved the development of specific skills necessary in both fields (interview taking, video editing, Photoshop design etc).
