From website content writing to blog articles, turf magazine and technical presentations for products and equipments in the turf industry, I've been improving content writing and copywriting constantly. I've also been involved in the recruiting process, HR administration tasks and in the hiring process for immigrant workers. Moreover, I've helped in some of the acquisition process and in finding solutions and suppliers for business activity.

Organizing a job fair and working in 2 different european projects - "New opportunies for entreprenours", a project dedicated to 350 people interested in learning how to build a startup and a project called "Improving management quality within competitive economic sectors", addressed to 500 managers, entreprenours and HR specialists from inovative industries, whom are interested to improve their skills and knowledge in HR trends by participating in trainings and events dedicated to this filed. I was responsible for recruiting the beneficiaries of the projects, preparing the training sessions and monitoring them, promoting all the activities face-to-face, via email or phone, online campaigns and also I was a speaker in conferences and seminars in Brasov, Alba and Sibiu Counties, making all the necessary documents and reports.

Coordinate creative games and activities and assure homework support for 1st - 4th graders, in an inclusion center after school, established within the project "Creative Social Biz", funded from European Social Fund.

Being an expert in a european funded project called "Click on your career" and help guide and structure educational and vocational direction for 180 students in 11th and 12th grade.

Offering career orientation and educational counseling for 105 beneficiaries of "Opportunity for the future - Second chance in education for Roma people from Tarlungeni, Brasov County" project, financed with funds from European Social Fund.

Group Leader for a Youth in Action project - Balkan Youth (organizing and implementing all activities of the project that took place in Romania).Coordinate 2 Scouts Camps.Preparing the accreditation documents in social services.
