- Leading, coordinating and coaching the global payroll implementation consultants team- Developing, planning and establishing the priorities together with BU- Monitoring performance and developing talents

- Analyzing and providing action plan for payroll inputs- Testing and optimizing payroll system according to customer’s country specifics- Being responsible for payroll settings configuration in ADP global platform- Tracking and managing project activities, milestones and timelines - Providing training to the clients through online demonstrations using payroll platform- Facilitating communication between several departments and stakeholders

- Processing hiring documents and absences in specific HR tools - Updating personal files and accounts for Société Générale’s employees - Securing data in Time & Attendance tools (hour rates, work cycle)- Creating and checking Business Objects’ requests- Checking HR processes that impact Payroll team and Data workflow

- Coordinating actions with technical support team in order to create and implement HR application versions release - Processing requests: analysis, settings and testing HR tools (business analyst activities)- Providing technical support to internal teams regarding new functionalities - Checking and finding gaps between clients’ data bases and HR application- Finding technical and functional solution and implementing new configurations - Working with R&D department in order to enhance the software according to customers’ requirements

- Providing training process for new joiners- Mapping, standardizing and improving processes (creating/ updating process charts, SOP’s)- Coordinating project assignment within the team and ensure SLAs are respected- Working closely with France Business Unit and Upper Management- Creating and presenting reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) regarding team’s activities

- Collecting and checking all relevant data from internal tools in order to create HR documents- Analyzing employees, absences and salaries data- Creating and delivering Interview’s Guidelines tools- Setting configuration parameters in HR tools- Working with HCM Team and Consultants team for specific documents presentation- Securing the data coherency between annual statistics and Payroll***Recruiting experience in ADP Romania for French teams (several projects 2015 and 2017)

- Updating payments and financial accounts in internal tools- Taking calls and e-mails from the vendors regarding possible mismatches on accounting files - Creating financial reports and checking monthly statements- Transferring and facilitating finance transition process- Reporting and being single point of contact for France for specific finance accounts

- Updating the payment and financial documents for external clients- Maintaining relationship with the Embassy of Canada in Bucharest- Taking calls and e-mails from clients regarding immigration procedure and accounting files
