• Participating in all QA activities throughout the project stages;• Continuous learning in Agile Development and QA engineering;• Analyzing and understanding quality risks and business requirements;• Create test plan and design test cases;• Create and execute functional/non-functional tests, performing acceptance testing;• Update and maintain the integration (regression) test plan as defined and /or updated during testing new test cases identified;• Report, record, escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs;• Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience;• Providing information to the development team to support their bug fixing;• Working with tools: Jira, TestRail, Postman, IntelliJ,JMeter.• ISTQB certification.

• Gained knowledge of ERP systems and the company's technology solutions and procedures;• Analyze and evaluate requests received from the customers and identify solutions via e-mail or phone within the SLA established by the manager;• Analyze incidents in terms of repeatability, signaling the possible situations that can occur and need to be resolved;• Schedule software updates, installation of new features and responsible with the implementation of the application;• Solving various requests/configurations, assisting customers to configure/customize various parts of the applications;• Provide problem resolution and customer satisfaction which may include: answering questions related to software features and functionalities;• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver them exceptional service;• Participate in an Agile Project Management program (Agile scrum).

• Offering custom foreign tourism packages for clients;• Advising clients in choosing tourism services of the German tour operators (Tui, Dertor and others);• Reservation of plane tickets in Worldspan system;• Preparation of fiscal documents, contracts and travel documents;• Collaboration with various suppliers: Gta; Miki; Special Tours and operating in the suppliers system such as: Hotel Beds, Go Global, Travelport;• Reservation of tourism packages in Traffics, Iris, Bistro systems;• Booking accommodation services in the Bistro Portal system.
