▫️Defining and aligning Digital & Technology function capabilities in order to meet the organisation’s objectives;▫️Developing meaningful relationships with stakeholders, either across the organisation (Sales, Commercial, Marketing dept.) or external suppliers using data to be more evidence-based in practice and delivering a portfolio of business relevant solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

▫️D&T technical interface between local OpCo and the Global Team▫️Translating business requirements for strategic applications into technical terms▫️Ensuring that global service level agreements for the strategic applications portfolio are delivered as contracted▫️Ownership of D&T budget related to technical deliverables for each strategic application in scope▫️Analysis and rectification of malfunctions, problems and the processing of technical requests related to the applications in scope

• Collaborate with Product sales teams and act as Service sales lead during pre-sales activities• Promote Huawei Service capabilities in customer meetings and presentations at various levels• Analyze and understand customers’ service requirements and develop winning Service proposals working with the service bidding team • Drive the integrated customized service solution, be responsible for the quality, competitiveness, deliverability and profitability of it• Identify solution risks and develop risk mitigation measures• Responsible of the overall service sales target of the account including sales order, market goals, revenue and profit• Lead/support service bid and contract negotiations• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers

▪️Work along with Technical Sales Support team▪️Undertake network solution design for the telecom network projects based on WDM technology▪️Perform the configuration of the network topology, optical & electrical layer design, service planning and cabinet design using Netstar tool ▪️Manage & output BOQs (Bill of Quantities) of WDM and Service items using CPQ tool▪️Bidding activities - provide SOCs (State of Compliance) replies and TPs (Technical Proposals) related to customer requirements▪️NIS/IT, spare parts management, warranties and learning service quotation▪️Purchase orders and purchase order proposals review▪️Act as Service PTM for CEE & Nordic European region projects such as Telenor (DNA Oyj.) Finland, Orange France, Cetin (Czech Rep.)▪️Maintain good communication with projects front-line members and customers in order to deliver the best solutionsExperience with:- DWDM/CWDM transmission technology- Optical fiber- OTN- FOADM/ROADM- OSN 9800, 1800, 8800 - Huawei equipment

▪️Monitoring 24/7 the 2G, 3G and 4G Networks, using fault management systems and specific NMS’s and performing initial analysis to identify the issues▪️ Investigating basic alarms on different equipment and technologies related to Radio Access and Core Network (GSM, UMTS, LTE, etc.)▪️Handling and escalating technical problems to Back Office/3rd Party/Supplier in order to solve the issues▪️Using dedicated Trouble Ticketing and Work Order applications for alarms handling and field personnel dispatching▪️Periodically performing telecom reports in order to reach the agreed KPIs
