Ensure that client transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, watching for suspicious or anomalous activities;Flag and report suspicious activities to the MLRO;Evaluate transactions based on risk-based criteria, including customer profiles, transaction patterns, and geographical risk;Conduct in-depth investigations;Work with technology teams to optimize transaction monitoring systems;Conduct thorough KYC procedures for new clients, including identifying and verifying customer identities, sources of funds, and assessing the purpose of the business relationship;Assess the client's risk profile during onboarding and assign risk ratings (low, medium, high) based on factors such as geography, industry, and transaction types:Conduct periodic KYC reviews on existing clients based on their risk level, ensuring customer information is up-to-date and complete;Develop strategies and controls to mitigate compliance risks, including anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions;Assist in updating, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls

-Oversee and assist in the verification process of new users by ensuring they submit valid identity documentation and personal information;-Respond to customer queries about verification status, document requirements;-Monitor cryptocurrency transactions for signs of suspicious or illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized transfers.;-Investigate flagged transactions by analyzing user activity, transaction history, and other related data to assess risks and determine whether further action is required.;-Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding compliance-related inquiries, including KYC, transaction delays, account freezes, or document requests.;-Work closely with the MLRO to make sure we follow the regulations

-Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various communication channels;-Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, involving technical problems, account problems;-Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or departments when necessary;-Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems to maintain detailed records.;-Monitor and track recurring issues, providing feedback to internal teams to improve processes and reduce customer friction points.;-Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to provide customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement;-Ensure response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings are in line with company standards and KPIs.;-Handle difficult or irate customers
