Laboratory Supervisor - Sterility Assurance
Current• Supervise two diverse and dynamic teams of Associates (total headcount: 17) – timecard management, performance reviews, goal setting, merit increases, feedback, conflict resolution, mentoring and disciplinary conversations• Contribute to maintaining department morale and engagement through team building exercises, routine team meetings, routine 1:1 meeting to set and track performance and development goals• Uphold quality standards during daily operations: drive a strong quality mindset within the teams, take action to identify and correct common errors, ensure closure of nonconformance records in a timely manner, while working with clients to ensure client satisfaction• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for sterility testing during audits from clients and regulatory bodies• Drive and implement process improvement projects• Assess, interview, hire and onboard new hires, develop training plans to support trainers
