Currently, I am in charge of being the Business SPOC for Procurement team in a roll-out implementation also in the automotive industry, handling all Procurement relevant tasks and responsibilities for a Czech plant.The responsibilities cover all Procurement preparation tasks, activities and Go-Live actions.

I had the responsibility of being the Business SPOC for Procurement team in a roll-out implementation for the same automotive producer in an Italian plant, for which I was in charge of conducting the analysis phase, the testing tasks, Go-Live preparation and activities, as well as proving support in the hyper-care period.I was involved in all Procurement-related activities from analyzing the client’s SAP requirements, discussing the capabilities of the new system, coordinating all testing specific needs to Go-Live tasks and alignments and final customization necessary after it.Tasks have included the ordering processes based on different requirements, documents and special functionalities of the system, supplier communication, incoming goods processes, material master data, vendor master data and all Source specifications required by the client.Furthermore, I have attended several courses for soft skills and technical trainings to extend my SAP knowledge and also client communication capabilities for both remote and on-site client experience.

I was involved in the Go-Live preparation and activities for a roll-out implementation for one of the most important automotive producers worldwide, in which I handled issues and procedures related to SAP Extended Warehouse Management Module, along with basic SAP Material Management Module functions in the German plant.Besides the capabilities of SAP Extended Warehouse Management that include storage bin management, all goods movements, inventory at warehouse management level and relevant warehouse activities, I was involved in the hyper-care phase of the project for the packing and delivery areas of the warehouse. They cover the delivery process, outgoing goods, batch management and packing instructions for the finished goods.Moreover, I have assisted at the processes of replenishment of the production lines with all the standard and specific functionalities of the plant, as well as the incoming goods processes and flow from the goods receipt documents to the storage management of the raw materials.

I was part of an international project at IBM in which I provided support for a large number of countries in Europe and Asia on processes and topics from Material Management, Supplier Relationship Management and locally, Plant Maintenance SAP Modules. In that period, I gained several IBM badges within the company and my SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement Certification. As a recognition of my implication and activity in the current project, I have been acclaimed in the ''Elite Quarterly Recognition'' program for Quarter 1 of 2019.For SAP Material Management Module, I covered all tasks within the supply chain, including consumption-based planning, purchasing, vendor evaluation, invoice verification and inventory. Besides the standard functionality of the system, I implemented new features and customization in the system at the request of the clients.I was involved in the automation process of several business-related practices by creating the documentation and performing several tests of the automation functionalities, I have also been documenting topics on Material Management Module and testing them for improvement and further utilization of IBM’s Artificial Intelligence – Watson, as well as being active on the COG3 platform.In addition to Material Management Module, I handled requests for Supplier Relationship Management module in SAP. The most common topics covered document flow, creation and error correcting, replication of the documents in both systems and the additional costs managing in the documents. Furthermore, I was involved in month end closing activities related to Plant Maintenance Module, as well as having the basic foundation and handling requests for this module. Tasks involve correcting maintenance orders and performing settlements for the month end closing date.
