Support global HRIS projects, data analysis, process improvement and reporting, working with global stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Prepare audit reports and dashboards. Test and support introduction of the new functionality and/or enhancements to existing functionality, configuration and deployment.

• Providing advice, guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization on a variety of HR issues
• Produces reports from the personnel database;
• Handle all HR documentation as required by the Romanian Employment Legislation
• Assists with the procedures of disciplinary hearings, employees evaluation process and employees communication.
• Centralizes and updates monthly timesheets;
• Validates final payroll outcome making sure that company deadlines are respected.
