Leading the support and maintenance of Smiths HR Systems, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity; delivering trainings and continuous improvement projects.

Support global HRIS projects, data analysis, process improvement and reporting, working with global stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Prepare audit reports and dashboards. Test and support introduction of the new functionality and/or enhancements to existing functionality, configuration and deployment.

•Providing advice, guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization on a variety of HR issues•Produces reports from the personnel database;•Handle all HR documentation as required by the Romanian Employment Legislation•Assists with the procedures of disciplinary hearings, employees evaluation process and employees communication.•Centralizes and updates monthly timesheets;•Validates final payroll outcome making sure that company deadlines are respected.•Prepares legal reports as required by Labor and Fiscal legislation.•Counsels employees in payroll, labor legislation and other personnel matters.•Permanent information on legislative changes in the labor legislation and payroll. *Compiles data for analysis and reporting, and prepares and submits periodical or ad-hoc reports and analyses.•Guides and assists departmental personnel with compensation administration functions including calculation of proposed starting salaries, processing of payroll documents, preparation of various personnel forms in compliance with business policies and procedures ; may assist in preparing annual salary budgets. •Initiates and/or processes employment requisitions; develops and/or edits departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and position advertisements;•Coordinates departmental employee relations functions in consultation with the Labour Relations Department; •Educate and counsel managers on employee relations issues to ensure fair treatment of staff and compliance with applicable employment laws;•Recruitment, Selection and Induction of the new employees;•Training and Development•HR Policy and Process •Participation in salary negotiations with different Trade Unions;•SAP system – HR module •SAP – Subject Expert Matter nomination on behalf of EMEA HR SC.
