My current workplace had offered me priceless information about technology that I also had the chance to pass down.I had the chance to learn how a motherboard comes to life and and what goes into creating such technology.My job required me to be flexible and learn all of the technological process in order to be able to assist in any needed area:- hand insert: manual placement of components on the boards;- touch up: retouch the soldered boards and manually solder components in need;- depanelation: depanel the unnecessary edges of the boards;- MDA testing: test the functionality of the products;- visual inspection: final inspection of the boards before passing them to the assembly line.

CGS had been my very first formal workplace. It was there where I first tested my limits towards stress& working in shifts and dealt with difficult customer situations.I worked within the English based project America Online, AOL, where I had increased my confidence in my spoken and written English. My responsibilities consisted in:- Solving technical issues;- Reporting customer complaints;- Escalating unsolved problems.I worked with the best team on site and my Team Leader, Vali Malau, and my team mates had greatly interested in me their time and knowledge. Our performance had won us many team buildings, bonuses and a great reputation.

AIESEC taught me that in order to change anything at all around me I needed to become a better version of myself first. I honed my soft skills there and changed my mind set. I had been part of two departments, Communication and Incoming Exchange, where I learned how to promote the organisation and took care of foreign youth coming to exchange experience in our various projects.Within my time there I had been responsible with the communication efforts for two projects we initiated, Youth Development Program and Money Sense and I had coordinated the PR area within the Communication Dept.I had learned how to:- write press releases, short news, articles, prepare a communication strategy;- efficiently communicate with my teammates;- the basics of starting a new project initiative.
