- organise and coordinate shop team activity;- maximize sales through effective sales floor management;- ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service standards and product knowledge in order to grow the customer base;- deal with special clients;- proactively develop initiatives in order to optimize local market opportunities;- ensure efficient use of all resources in order to increase shop profitability;- develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential whilst following Orange Shop policies and procedures;- coach and develop the team members;- coaching Orange partners sales force and offering consultancy for this partners;- set objectives of the team according to the company strategy and assures their achievement;- analise team members performance (quantitative and qualitative) in order to offer best quality to clients; propose new solutions to improve performance;- sales reports, market reports, activity reports, performance reports;- ensure that all operational areas are maintained in line with Orange Shop standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop;- ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values;- merchandising (BTL actions, promotion materials);- responsible for stock inventory;
