Be part of the solution… This is my mantra. As a child I have always been passionate about learning how things work. This is why I consider myself lucky that my career started in transfer pricing, a domain that is sometimes referred to as an art and resides somewhere between supply chain, strategy, finance, tax and legal. Growing in my role, I learned what business needs in order to grow, how to identify opportunities and risks and started to help corporates design their operating model with an eye on the tax / transfer pricing perspective. In the past 10 years I have assisted many companies in finding the right solutions, as their trusted advisor in transfer pricing, Mandatory Disclosure Regime (DAC6), Country-by-Country Reporting, financial and sustainability reporting under GRI, (Tax) technology implementation (for transfer pricing, CBCR and DAC 6), regulatory in Lifesciences, and outsourcing solutions.Lifesciences is the sector that brings me the most energy. Having family members working in healthcare, especially during COVID, made it even more valuable for me to understand the ins and outs of the sector. I am proud and extremely excited to have worked with numerous Lifesciences clients from start-ups and scale-ups to large multinational companies operating worldwide. But alas, my passion for technology has won and starting with February 2022, I have the privilege to work with some of the most talented people in EY to build and bring to market the next generation of SaaS solutions. The tax and law world has become more and more complex and it is difficult to manage, for everyone, both for large and small companies, regardless of location. We need user friendly and easily accesible solutions and this is what we strive to do at EY! I am excited to grow the team with tax/law & tech wizards that want to join the mission.
