About Andreea Mitirita
I joined PwC in 2003, developing experience in domestic and international taxation and engaging in a wide variety of projects starting from local and international restructuring, M&A, due diligence up to assistance with tax inspections and litigation. I am actively involved in discussions with the Romanian Government for amending and updating the legislation, leading advocacy projects with the American Chamber of Commerce and the Foreign Investment Council for amending and modernizing the Romanian tax legislation. I enjoy working with clients in different industries, however my primary focus and experience is related to the energy industry, predominantly in the Oil&Gas sector.Currently, I am leading the Tax&Legal Energy, M&A and ITS practices within PwC Romania.
